1. Are you cruelty free?

Yes! Here at The Beauty Bar Cosmetics, we ensure that our pigments and pigment flakes are made of naturally occurring minerals, micas and cosmetic grade pigments. These products are therefore, non-toxic, vegan-friendly and ethically sourced. 

All makeup testing is done on our team members to assure a high quality product for all of our customers. 

2. How long do orders take to ship? 

Our standard processing time for orders is 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Many orders often are processes same day, depending on the volume of orders at the time and the time the order was placed. 

3. Can I return an item I am no longer interested in? 

No, we have a no return policy for all of our products due to their delicate nature. If there is something wrong with your product that you would love for us to address, feel free to contact us so that we can address the situation. 

4. My order was delivered by I never received it? 

Once we ship off your order, it is now in the possession of the courier, The Beauty Bar Cosmetics will NOT be held responsible for the improper delivery of your package. Any courier related issues should be taken up with the courier to attempt to address the situation. 

5. I live in the GTA, can I come and pick up my order? 

Yes, at checkout select the pick up option to pick up your order. Please make sure that you receive an order is ready for pick up email before coming to the pick up location. Follow the instructions enclosed in the email to be 100% sure of what to expect. 

6. How much is International Shipping?

The price for international shipping will vary from country to country, certain shipping options may be cheaper but will not be trackable, please deal with caution when selecting international shipping options. The following are not trackable international options.

7. Can I add items to my order? 

If you want to add an item to your order after your order has been placed, you can email us at info@thebeautybarcosmetics.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can make any adjustments but will try our hardest to accommodate you. 

8. What is Route Package Protection? 

This is a service that we offer to insure your packages. If you package is protected with Route Package Protection, in the event that your package is lost, missing or damaged, we will be able to ship out a brand new package free of cost. However, if your order is NOT protected by Route Package Protection, we will NOT be able to reship your order, rather we will assist you in filing a claim with the relevant courier to see the whereabouts of your package. 

9. My package is taking longer than normal to arrive, what should I do

Unfortunately we have little to no control over the speed of delivery, especially during these unprecedented times. Please be patient with your couriers, however if you do not detect movement for several days, contact us at info@thebeautybarcosmetics.com and we'll help you figure out what's going on with your package.
